DS makes up new special edition with Givenchy
Citroen sub-brand DS has collaborated with make-up firm Givenchy to create the limited-edition ‘DS 3 Le Makeup’.
Unashamedly aimed at women – who account for more than half of DS 3 sales – the Le Makeup edition is available in hatchback and convertible guise.
Externally, the Le Makeup model is set apart by its textured Opaline White paint job and Whisper Purple roof, as well as Givenchy logos on the door pillar, while the interior is marked out by black leather upholstery and a Rose Pink dashboard trim.
Based on the mid-range Elegance trim, the Le Makeup comes with 17in alloys wheels, a 7in touchscreen infotainment system, air conditioning, automatic lights and a make-up compartment in the armrest. Customers also get some lipstick, face powder mascara and nail polish thrown in.

Just 500 examples will be available in the UK, and all will be powered by the 1.2-litre PureTech petrol engine. Offered as standard with a six-speed manual gearbox or an optional six-speed automatic, the 109bhp engine returns up to 65.7mpg and 100g/km carbon dioxide emissions.
The new Givenchy Le Makeup will be available to order from June 1 with prices starting from £19,395 for the hatchback and £21,695 for the convertible.
