Zenith has started delivering its salary sacrifice cars to Grass Roots, a provider of employee and customer engagement solutions.

Grass Roots is a ‘Sunday Times Top 100’ mid-sized company to work for and introduced Zenith’s car salary sacrifice scheme to its 700-strong UK workforce after realising that a salary sacrifice car scheme could add significant value to its existing reward employee package and help it continue to be a great place to work.

Ian Metcalf, Fleet Manager for Grass Roots, said: “We were looking for a salary sacrifice and fleet provider who could not only deliver our own salary sacrifice car scheme but whom we could recommend to our own customers.

“We previously worked with Zenith through the implementation of the Santander car scheme systems and were also introduced to them by Santander Corporate Bank.

“Zenith’s expertise in both fleet and salary sacrifice was important in our decision to partner with them and the company was selected due to their high quality offering, leading fleet software and extremely knowledgeable individuals.”

Grass Roots has implemented a 120g/km carbon emissions cap for its salary sacrifice cars with Ford’s Fiesta being the most popular model ordered in the first few weeks of the scheme’s launch [pictured].
