Mercedes hopes to raise brand and product awareness through fleet tool
Mercedes-Benz has announced the new and improved Fleet and Business Comparison Tool, which went live today on the Mercedes-Benz website and compatible with mobile devices like tablets.
Enabling fleet customers to compare the any Mercedes-Benz model with its competitors, the tool aims to give Mercedes more presence in the minds of fleet managers and improve awareness of the company’s products and how they stack up against the competition.
The independent motor research provider, CAP, provides the tool with real-time data about the Mercedes vehicles’ competitors. This data even allows a user to enter a registration number to compare a Mercedes with their current vehicle.
The resulting data includes comparisons of cost efficiency, technology, residual value, standard specification and optional extras, all listed in order of importance depending on the fleet industry.
