Milton Keynes player seals Suzuki deal with his own SX4 S-Cross
Milton Keynes Dons player, Antony Kay has become the latest person to take on one of Suzuki’s new SX4 S-Cross compact crossovers.
The defender, who is now in his third season with the club, purchased the car from the Milton Keynes Suzuki dealership in Old Stratford, to use it to travel to and from the club’s training ground and to club matches at the stadium:mk.
Earlier this year, Suzuki signed a sponsorship deal for the 2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons with the MK Dons. As a result, the Dons will sport the Suzuki logo on their first team and replica shirts and training kit. To compliment that, Antony Kay has decided to select a Suzuki SX4 S-Cross model for himself.
Upon receiving the vehicle, MK Dons player, Antony Kay, said: “I am delighted with the new car, and the SX4 S-Cross model is the perfect vehicle for the daily commute, just as it is for when we go out as a family. It’s extremely spacious; it comes equipped with a high level of specification, whilst it’s also very economical to run. I will be encouraging my colleagues to do the same.”
The S-Cross is available with a choice of a 1.6-litre petrol engine, with CO2 emissions from 127g/km and a 1.6-litre diesel, with CO2 emissions of 110g/km.
There is also a choice of three trims consisting of the SZ3, SZ5 and SZ-T.
As standard, the S-Cross models come equipped with seven airbags, ESP and Tyre Pressure Monitoring as well as Daytime Running Lights (DRL), alloy wheels, cruise control with speed limiter, air conditioning, heated door mirrors, black protective skid plates and black wheel arch extensions.
The popular, range-topping SZ-T trim adds DAB digital radio, 17-inch alloy wheels, Dual Zone automatic air conditioning, front fog lamps, Bluetooth connectivity, rear privacy glass, silver roof rails and silver skid plates, rear parking camera and rear parking proximity sensors.
