Total Accident Management has launched its new online accident reporting and repair portal.

The Claims Portal allows SMEs and grey fleet retail clients to report accidents directly to Total through a simple process using easy-to-use dropdown menus and text boxes.

If a vehicle requires repair, the system will notify the selected repairer via the BodyNet Bodyshop Management System. The customer can then track the vehicle’s repair progress through the BodyNet Repair Tracker system and receive SMS notifications when repairs are complete.

The portal can be used on any device with an internet browser and connection and has been subject to extensive research and testing to deliver a fully robust and unrivalled service.

Laura Bevan, Total’s Marketing Manager, said: “Working with Bodynet Ltd has allowed us to leverage their international claims and repair tracking expertise.

“It will mean our customers have all their accident and repair information in one place and greatly increase the efficiency of the whole process. The portal shows Total Accident Management is at the forefront of innovation and demonstrates an on-going investment in both new technology and our customers.”
