Video review: Jaguar F-Pace
Can the British-built F-Pace hold its own against the mighty German rivals? Howard Ritchie finds out...
Borrowing its suave looks from the company’s saloons, the F-Pace SUV is Jaguar’s answer to the Volvo XC60, Audi Q5 and Mercedes-Benz GLC to name but a few.
Its suave lines are of course borrowed from the XE and XF saloons, but carryovers go further than design cues – you’ll also find the same engines are on offer too. But are they up to the job when powering a large SUV?
If anyone can find out, it’s our resident road tester Howard Ritchie. He’s been sampling some of the finest SUVs on offer recently – the Audi SQ7 and Volvo XC90 spring to mind. With a little help from a runway and Mark Strong, he's been for a spin to find out exactly what’s what. Enjoy!
