Leasing.com launches ‘Meals for Wheels’ campaign to support the homeless this Christmas

This Christmas, Leasing.com is spreading holiday cheer with a campaign designed to give back to the local community.

For 12 days, beginning on 1 December, the company will donate to The Wellspring, a Stockport-based charity supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, for every enquiry made via the site.

The funds raised will help provide hot meals, Christmas gifts, and essential support services for Stockport's homeless community, ensuring no one feels forgotten this festive season.

Chris Evans, Chief Marketing Officer at Leasing.com, shared his thoughts on the campaign: "Christmas is a time for giving, and as a Stockport-based business, we feel a deep responsibility to support those most in need in our community.

“The Wellspring does incredible work, not only providing meals but also offering essential services to help people rebuild their lives. Through the Meals for Wheels campaign, we want to help bring some festive joy and hope to those who need it most."

The Wellspring, located in Stockport town centre, engages with the people of Stockport who are homeless or at the risk of losing their home. It provides free meals and hygiene facilities, clean clothing and rough sleeping resources, and its health services, advice, and consultations are vital for the physical health and wellbeing of its users.
