ContractHireAndLeasing.com does not offer or arrange vehicle finance or provide any financial advice. If you are interested in any of the offers promoted on our marketplace we can put you in touch with the advertiser who will discuss your requirements with you.

How do we make money?

We earn money when we put you in touch with one of the companies who advertise with us. However, we don’t charge you any fees – our service is free to use. This is how it works:

  1. You search ContractHireAndLeasing.com to find the deal you want
  2. You send an enquiry to the company promoting your favourite deal
  3. That company pays to advertise with us – irrespective of whether or not you take out a deal, the deal you take out or the price you pay

Do we work with every provider?

Our aim is to help you search offers from a wide a range of companies as possible, so that you can choose the best offer for you. But not every company can be included on our marketplace:

  • Some companies don’t want their offers included on marketplaces like ours.
  • Others are not able to meet the standards that we expect of companies who advertise with us.
  • A few smaller companies can struggle to cope with the volume of consumer enquiries received when they appear on ContractHireAndLeasing.com so prefer to advertise via their own website.

Managing Director

Dave founded the business in February 2000. Having grown ContractHireAndLeasing.com organically, he’s performed almost every role in the company, with the exception of IT. From the very early days of the internet in the UK, Dave recognised the niche marketing and real-time publishing opportunities that it offered. Prior to founding the business, Dave’s background was in advertising sales and management, mainly newspaper classifieds and then direct marketing. On a day-to-day basis, Dave does much of the interesting (and boring stuff) that MDs do. Outside the office, his family, three young boys and four dogs keep him busy. And the gym, unless he can avoid it.

Mike joined ContractHireAndLeasing.com in September 2013, heading up sales strategy, strategy implementation, 3rd party relationships, syndication and overall advertiser partner development. Mike is responsible for ensuring revenue growth through the application of new services, enhancement of existing products and increasing awareness of ContractHireAndLeasing.com and the leasing sector as a whole. Prior to working at ContractHireAndLeasing.com, Mike worked in numerous roles within cap-hpi in the insurance and finance sectors. Outside of work, Mike likes to spend most of his time on the M62 travelling to and from work.

Phil has been with ContractHireAndLeasing.com for over 10 years and is responsible for the management and development of the company’s IT software and hardware systems. He contributes to the strategic planning of the business focusing on areas of product development and management information. Prior to joining the business, Phil held a series of management positions in a range of public and private sector companies. Outside of the office, Phil has interests in fine coffee and malt whiskey, both of which have proved useful in different ways while raising his two children.

Head of Content and Social Media

Chris has led the content team since October 2015 and is the chief creator, curator and educator. He’s not the red-haired gentleman who presented Top Gear for a short while and has never played the role of Captain America. A former finance journalist, copywriter and jack of all online content trades, Chris now spends most of his time ensuring the site’s content is fresh, published on time and in tip-top shape. He’s an advocate of plain, clear and concise English … and the copywriting rule of three. He doesn’t spend any time in the gym. He prefers TV boxset marathons and his family of three.

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Paul has been with ContractHireAndLeasing.com since November 2017 and is responsible for building and maintaining the business’ external relationships, including those with motor manufacturers, finance companies and product partners. He helps to raise the profile of the business within the automotive industry, and as a member of the strategy team contributes to the strategic direction of the business. Prior to joining, Paul spent 15 years in the motor industry in a variety of management roles. When not working, Paul spends his time eating ice-cream with his twin daughters and suffering – whether it’s supporting Wolves or going on long cycle rides.

HR and Business Administration Manager

Michaela has worked in the finance sector of the automotive industry since 1998 and been with ContractHireAndLeasing.com since early 2006. Michaela undertakes a central operational role within the business, managing a range of business administration functions which include HR, compliance and regulatory requirements. Outside of work, Michaela loves to unwind with a glass of wine (when not in the gym) although tends to be her teenage daughters' taxi instead.

Client Services Manager

Rosalyn joined ContractHireAndLeasing.com in February 2014 and heads up our Client Services department. Rosalyn ensures that the team operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible, supporting all customers who come in contact with ContractHireAndLeasing.com and providing a route for the valuable feedback we receive to ensure we constantly improve as a business. In her spare time, Rosalyn likes to go to the gym, take the dogs out for walks and short trips away in her new lease car!

Infrastructure Manager

Benjamin started at ContractHireAndLeasing.com as a contractor in September 2014 and became the permanent Infrastructure Manager in July 2017. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure estate from datacentre virtualisation, security and firewalls and anything networked through to office desktop computers. He also assists the Head of IT with planning future infrastructure direction. He has previously worked in a wide range of industries from manufacturing, television and telecoms through to internet service providers. Outside of work, he can often be found behind a video switcher putting together live video streams of various events.

Software Development Manager

Lee is the Software Development Manager and has been with the business since 2015.  He has overall responsibility for the design, development and maintenance of software created by his team of talented software developers.  Being a hands-on dev manager and Microsoft Certified Professional, when not managing the team, he cuts his share of code whilst constantly improving and automating various parts of the business.  His team develop and deliver smaller tactical changes as well as larger strategic projects to meet the needs of the business.  Outside of the office, he is usually being jumped on by his two young children, has been known to play softball, badminton and goes to the gym regularly.
